ANCOR Energy participated in the first international forum "Big Chemistry"

The forum was arranged by the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan, and the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The forum is listed on the calendar of events held in accordance to the 63th resolution of the United Nations Assembly as part of the International Year of Chemistry (2011)

The following participants took part in the forum: Grigory Rapota, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District; Rustem Rakhitov, President of the Republic of Bashkortostan; Ravil Muratov, acting Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan; Vladimir Strashko, Vice President of the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry, executives of OJSC Gazprom, LUKoil, SIBUR, Tatneft, Bashneft, and representatives of more than 300 companies and enterprises operating in the industry.

Forum participants discussed major problems and development trends of petroleum and gas chemical industry of Bashkortostan and the Volga Federal District, addressed live issues of the industry, specifically raw materials supply, investment projects, production expansion methods. Suppliers of the industry presented recent developments in the field of oil and gas processing and petrochemical industry. Upon completion of the forum guided tours to major Bashkortostan enterprises were arranged.
