ANCOR Central Asia at the «Personnel management» exhibition

On November 22, 2007 ANCOR Central Asia took part in the annual exhibition «Personnel management». In previous years the exhibition has received wide acclaim in Russia and Ukraine and this year it took place in Almaty, Kazakhstan, at the Intercontinental Hotel.

The exhibition traditionally presents services in the sphere of personnel selection and leasing, HR consulting and organization of evaluation and personnel training.

ANCOR is the market leader on the CIS personnel services market and it has been developing dynamically and strengthening its positions in Kazakhstan. It took part in the exhibition, preparing a stand and a lecture for the participants of master classes that were conducted within the event's framework.

The executive director of ANCOR Central Asia Pavel Kuvaev gave a talk titled «Increasing the company's competitiveness in the sphere of personnel recruiting and retention». He shared ANCOR's expertise on the issue of companies' behavior in the modern «war for talents» and talked about such methods of personnel recruitment as creating employer brands. Kuvaev also elaborated on the issues of long-term personnel retention and development.
