ANCOR Energy Services invites you to participate in the Round Table taking place on October, 10. HR directors and HR specialists of oil and gas companies are welcomed as guests and speakers. How is it possible to make personnel development system more efficient? How often is it necessary to conduct staff assessment? Which assessment approach is it better to use? What professions and positions should be supported by the training programs primarily? What are the prior subjects for training? What is more effective: to conduct external or internal trainings? These and other questions will be discussed at the Round Table for HR specialists of oil & gas companies. The event will take place on the 10th of October in ANCOR's conference hall (Tyumen, Pervomayskaya st. 21/306).
