| ANCOR Energy Services held the Round Table on October, 10, on the topic: The effective systems of personnel development and training22.10.2008 ANCOR Energy Services, Tyumen branch held the Round Table Meeting on October, 10, for HR specialists of oil and gas companies. The event was devoted to the questions of personnel development and training, and took place in ANCOR`s confference hall. Among the members of meeting were representatives of such companies as Schlumberger, KCA Deautag, Bentec Drilling and Oilfield Systems, Lukoil, Gaspromneft-Tyumen, Tyumenneftegeophysics, BGR-geophysics, Sibnefteprovod, NIPIKBS, Tyumen experementary geophysical industry plant, Tyumen Fuel Company, Energoprom, Tyumen State Oil and Gas University.
Is it neccesary to train personnel? How is it possible to estimate the investment cost efficiency?
What is the basis for the system of personnel development and training? What are the advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external training? How the promotion and Comp&Ben systems are connected? These and other questions were discussed at the Round Table.
Elena Patrusheva, the head of the GaspromneftTyumen HR Department, told about system of personnel development and training basics and described the advantages and disadvantages of external and internal training in details. Olga Panova, the training manager of KCA Deautag Company, shared her experience in developing the system of personnel education and training.
The discussion of presentation went in an interactive and informal atmosphere; each of the participants had the opportunity to share their own experience and to get acquainted with the experience of their colleagues. Relevant topic and speakers' professional and representation skills made the event not only interesting, but also useful for the majority of the participants.
The HR-specialists thanked for the Round Table organization and express their wish to participate in other Round Tables.
