The theme of the event was «Automatization of recruitment process. Data bases» and it was chosen by participants at the previous meeting in spring 2008. ANCOR Energy Services holds round-table conferences for its clients several times a year. Meeting Format is traditionally connected with communicating of participants, atmosphere of working discussion helps our guests to exchange experience and their practice. The first speaker was Andrey Cheprunov, the Resourse Planning and Staff Recruitment Director from TNK-BP company, who completed the project for creating of recruitment process administration corporate system based on obtained engineering solution. The Independent consultant Ilya Frolov told about types of data bases and particulars of technical enquiry drawing up during choosing of appropriate solution. Then the representatives of BP Trading company Nadezhda Arzumanova and Kseniya Vedneeva shared their experience in implementation of global system and its adaptation to Russian requirements. The experience of speakers and their presentations were especially interesting for those guests who should realize the corporate electronic data base implementation in 2009 year. All participants of the event discussed difficult present financial situation, remarking that round-table conferences help not only for career development but for building of effective relations with colleagues. |
